I’m starting this story as a blog, with random coordinating Instagram posts from the characters. I’ve always wanted to tell the story of young love that I didn’t quite have. I’m writing this story to be a bit cathartic and also supportive. No matter your age, I hope you find a bit of fun, curiosity and acceptance.
You are beautiful, you are welcomed, and you have a place here. You deserve a place anywhere you want to be. Let’s make those places together, one story-to-reality at a time.
Author’s Note: I have a passion for the positive experience of queer youth. The story of queer youth being in love isn’t new, and it also isn’t finished. These stories deserve to be told again and again until they are so common, everyone, whether queer youth or queer retirees have the chance to live authentically, safely, and with unbridled curiosity.
